Ordering Triko & Bexdeco

How to order from Beximco Pharmaceuticals

There are two ways for individual patients, their families or clinicians to order and receive Triko & Bexdeco from Beximco Pharmaceuticals: in-person collection from Dhaka, or shipping to your door. Both of these methods rely on personal importation rules that allow patients to import medicines into their country for personal use.

Orders can be placed now for shipping and in-person collection in November 2026.

Before you order

Before ordering or making any travel arrangements, it is essential that you first check the personal importation regulations in your own country — including whether personal importation of these medicines is permitted, what documentation may be required, and any limits on the quantity that can be brought home by post or in your luggage. Rules differ from country to country.

How to order

There are two ordering routes available. Choose the one that works best for you.

Option 1

In-person collection from Dhaka

From November, patients and families will be able to travel to Dhaka in Bangladesh and collect Triko and/or Bexdeco directly from the manufacturer, Beximco Pharmaceuticals. Orders for collection from Dhaka can be placed now, with payments taken later.

For some countries the laws and regulations around personal use importation of medicines mean it is easier to bring them in on your person. For patients and families in these countries, travelling to collect the drugs from Dhaka may be the best option.

Traveller’s responsibility

It will be the responsibility of those travelling to understand personal importation rules and any customs regulations and costs that may be incurred when returning to your country.

Option 2

Shipping to your door

Patients can order Triko and/or Bexdeco through the Medspartner website. Medspartner is the only global medicines distributor currently authorised to supply these medicines to patients and families. They will be able to advise you on what documentation is required and guide you through the shipping process.

Please note that orders placed via this route now will not be shipped until November 2026.

There will be separate processing and shipping charges:

Processing cost $60 fixed fee plus 10% of the medicine cost
Shipping cost $50 (estimated)
